“Waiting on Friends” was painted over the span of an hour while waiting for my friends to arrive at Jittery Joe’s on East Side of Athens, Ga. A mother white tail deer stands with her two fawns. One fawn is safely standing in the shadows with mother while the other fawn frolics freely on the edge of a field.
